Pellet Plant in the Emilchino Town Zhytomyr region., Ukraine<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distansted in 350 km to the Ukrainian-Polish border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our plant has two pellet production lines with a total design capacity of 50,000 tons per year<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total area: 1,82 ha in the urban settlement of Emilchyno, 230 km from Kyiv<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production site includes several buildings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mainline production (1080 m2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finished products storage area (1500 m2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrative office and amenity rooms (2 storied building)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pellet plant has two production lines: Czech with a capacity of 15 thousand tons per year and the German line Amandus Kahl (35 thousand tons per year)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lines are automated and serviced by a minimum number of personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total area of \u200b\u200bthe plant is 1.7 hectares<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 buildings on the site:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production building (building area of \u200b\u200b1080 m2)
Warehouse of finished products (building area of \u200b\u200b938 m2)
The site has good access roads. The company has its own vehicle fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site is equipped with technological transport, which allows efficient servicing of production lines with minimal use of manual labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within a radius of 100 km from the Yemelchino town there are 83 of wood processing enterprises: forestry, sawmills and woodworking companies. Today the plant operates with more than 30 suppliers. Long-term supply contracts were signed with 8 state logging companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has its own laboratory at the plant and cooperates with one of the largest European laboratorieslike ASG (Germany) or Eurofins (Germany) which regularly conducts product testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finished products correspond to TU U 38.1-36575504-001: 2017<\/a> and the European standard ENPlus A1 and A2<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
